Meeting with some Women of Okpokhumi-Emai Community (Owan East LGA)

We would be working out this beautiful City for a period of six (6) months from mid-January, 2016 to June 2016.
Our MELT 2016 Project begins from the 1st week in February 2016. Thanks to the Honorable Chairman, we have been given a nod to swing into action. 
Right now, we have started sensitizing the women and girls in the community about our intended project.
Meeting with a few women who spoke extensively about widowhood, female genital mutilation, violence against women and a more worrisome situation Children giving birth to babies. We left the room more sadden than we entered.

It's so good to have to mix and chat our women in the grass root. Some real education we must confess.
